Insurances Accepted

We have made prior arrangements with many insurance companies and health plans. We will file claims with those plans with whom we have an agreement with. We will collect any required co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible at the time of service. In the event your health plan determines services to be “not covered”, you will be responsible for the complete charge. While we may be in network with the following insurance companies, we may not take every plan that is offered. In addition to the list below, we also accept most secondary insurances which are an automatic crossover from Medicare Part B. We do not accept HMO or Medicare Replacement plans which are a HMO plan. Please either contact your insurance company directly or our office to verify we accept your plan prior to your visit. We are currently in-network with: Aetna, AvMed, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal, ChampVA, Cigna, GEHA, GHI, Health First Health Plan, Humana, MagnaCare, Medicare Part B, Medicare Railroad, Meritain Health, Multiplan/PCHS, TriCare, United HealthCare, and UMR
