Sheila has been in the field of nursing since 2012. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and went on to complete her graduate studies at Kaplan University. She received her Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She is a native Floridian and grew up here in Central Florida. She and her husband have 2 children and a 100-pound Cane Corso, named “Bruce”. She loves to spend her spare time with her family on the beach or reading a good novel. She is a rollercoaster enthusiast and adventure seeker who loves to travel to new and exotic destinations.
Insurances Accepted
We have made prior arrangements with many insurance companies and health plans. We will file claims with those plans with whom we have an agreement with. We will collect any required co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible at the time of service. In the event your health plan determines services to be “not covered”, you will be responsible for the complete charge. While we may be in network with the following insurance companies, we may not take every plan that is offered. In addition to the list below, we also accept most secondary insurances which are an automatic crossover from Medicare Part B. We do not accept HMO or Medicare Replacement plans which are a HMO plan. Please either contact your insurance company directly or our office to verify we accept your plan prior to your visit.
